I’m Nina, the entrepreneur behind B2B Upraise.

I work with companies in the precast industry because I’ve seen how difficult it can be to communicate real expertise in a way that genuinely supports sales.

I have over 20 years of experience in global industrial B2B marketing, including 10 years in the precast industry at Elematic and another 10+ years in construction-related industries such as quarrying, tunneling, machine-building, and drilling at Sandvik.

In many industrial businesses, strong technical expertise and solid delivery experience do not automatically translate into clear, credible communication.

This is where my focus lies: helping companies clarify how their expertise should be presented and turning that into practical marketing and communication that supports business decisions.

I understand the precast value chain from both sides. I have worked with companies that sell equipment and solutions to precast producers, while also building communication that reflects how producers themselves operate, think, and make decisions. 

A key part of my work is understanding not only your business, but also your customers’ reality:

To do this, I don’t rely only on marketing data, but also on conversations and real-world understanding. Because ultimately, these are the things that determine whether communication supports sales. Or doesn’t.

During my career, I’ve visited numerous precast plants, construction sites, quarries, and tunneling environments around the world. These experiences have given me a practical understanding of how these operations work and what truly matters in them.
